Reverse Carleson measures in Hardy spaces

We give a necessary and sufficient condition for a measure μ in the closed unit disk to be a reverse Carleson measure for Hardy spaces. This extends a previous result of Lefèvre, Li, Queffélec and Rodrı́guez-Piazza [LLQR]. We also provide a simple example showing that the analogue for the Paley-Wiener space does not hold. As it turns out the analogue never holds in any model space.

p-Carleson Measures for a Class of Hardy-Orlicz Spaces

An alternative interpretation of a family of weighted Carleson measures is used to characterize p-Carleson measures for a class of Hardy-Orlicz spaces admitting a nice weak factorization. As an application, we provide with a characterization of symbols of bounded weighted composition operators and Cesàro-type integral operators from these Hardy-Orlicz spaces to some classical holomorphic functi...

Reduced functions and Jensen measures

Let φ be a locally upper bounded Borel measurable function on a Greenian open set Ω in Rd and, for every x ∈ Ω, let vφ(x) denote the infimum of the integrals of φ with respect to Jensen measures for x on Ω. Twenty years ago, B.J. Cole and T.J. Ransford proved that vφ is the supremum of all subharmonic minorants of φ on X and that the sets {vφ < t}, t ∈ R, are analytic. In this paper, a differen...

Jensen measures without regularity

In this note we construct Swiss cheeses X such that R(X) is non-regular but such that R(X) has no non-trivial Jensen measures. We also construct a non-regular uniform algebra with compact, metrizable character space such that every point of the character space is a peak point. In [Co] Cole gave a counterexample to the peak point conjecture by constructing a non-trivial uniform algebra A with co...

Weak Hardy Spaces

We provide a careful treatment of the weak Hardy spaces Hp,∞(Rn) for all indices 0 < p < ∞. The study of these spaces presents differences from the study of the Hardy-Lorentz spaces H(R) for q <∞, due to the lack of a good dense subspace of them. We obtain several properties of weak Hardy spaces and we discuss a new square function characterization for them, obtained by He [16].
